Unlike male criteria, female BOO is evaluated using lower pressure thresholds (PdetQmax vs. Qmax) alongside detrusor contractility parameters (PIP1). This module helps differentiate anatomical obstruction, dysfunctional voiding, and detrusor underactivity in female patients.
